For anyone attending real estate licensing classes I would strongly recommend purchasing the material before taking the licensing test. I personally would guarantee that I would not have passed the exam without it. Almost 80% of what I remembered from the material came out on the exam. Even the classroom course I was taken did not help me any, as all I learnt was the everyday realty in RE, but this material came jam packed with the real questions which I easily recognized on the exam.
